At Quiet Tide, every item is made to order. Because our products are custom printed after each purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, incorrect color selection, or change-of-mind purchases.

Please review the size chart, color selection, and order details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at shopquiettide@gmail.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue
• A photo of the full item
• A brief description of the problem

Once reviewed, eligible issues may be resolved with a replacement, reprint, or refund depending on the situation.

Please do not send items back unless we specifically ask you to do so.

Wrong Size or Color Ordered

Because each item is made to order, we cannot offer returns, refunds, or exchanges if the wrong size, color, or product was selected at checkout.

Please check the product details and size guide carefully before ordering.

Order Cancellations

Orders are sent into production quickly. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at shopquiettide@gmail.com.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order ships, delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination. If your order appears lost, delayed, or marked delivered but not received, please contact us at shopquiettide@gmail.com so we can review the issue and help determine the next steps.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued back to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
