Quiet Tide sells apparel and accessories that are produced after an order is placed. Because our products are made to order, availability, production times, colors, sizing, and product details may vary slightly.

Quiet Tide does not store your full credit card number or complete payment details.

Order Processing

After an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Because our products are made to order, each item must go through production before it ships. Production and shipping times are estimates and may vary due to order volume, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order if we believe there is an error, suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, incorrect product information, incorrect pricing, or any other issue that affects the order.

Order Cancellations

Orders are sent into production quickly. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at shopquiettide@gmail.com.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled.

Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.

Quiet Tide currently ships within the United States.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect shipping addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Quiet Tide is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Because Quiet Tide products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, incorrect color selection, or change-of-mind purchases.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at shopquiettide@gmail.com.

To help us review the issue, please include:

• A clear photo of the issue
• A photo of the full item
• A brief description of the problem

Eligible issues may be resolved with a replacement, reprint, or refund depending on the situation.

Please do not send items back unless we specifically instruct you to do so.
